We use this product in our conference room and at individual desktops for audio/video conference calls. We tested other products and this one is the best.

I’ve tested a half dozen different products. This is the only one I know that works reliably. I sure wish one of the cheaper ones worked, but I haven’t been able to find one.

I use this for web based video conferencing that is quite susceptible to echo however, this device works flawlessly. Superb quality and audio pickup. Use it on my Vista desktop and XP laptop – interestingly when used on the latter it acts as the PC loudspeaker and is much clearer and louder than the standard stereo laptop speakers. Cord as useful is long – it would be nice if a second cord about 6″ long was included – a common personal gripe with devices that are attached to my laptop.
Highly recommended for uses such as video conferencing, Skype, other VOIP use.

We use this device for business-related web conferencing over IP. The microphone is excellent and the echo cancellation is flawless. The speaker sounds like it is mono (not stereo), so don’t expect to listen to good music through the speaker. We bought these devices to eliminate echo in VoIP and they work perfectly.

For video/audio conferencing over IP, this is a great tool. The sound quality both received and transmitted is very good, and the anti-echo provision is very well done. In particular for videoconferencing it is nice not to have the ‘headset look’. The unit is sleekly designed and quite portable (not negligible in weight, but compact and light enough to take everywhere). No separate software needed (at least on XP); plug and play.
